Professor of Minzu University of China (MUC), Director of the Institute of Global Ethnology and Anthropology, doctoral tutor, Director of the Research Center for Ethnic and Social Issues under the “985 Project” of MUC, permanent member of the Chinese Sociological Association (CSA), Vice Chairman of the Professional Committee of Sociology, Chinese Sociological Association and member of the National Advisory Committee on Sociology in Higher Education under the Ministry of Education. He has worked on the following projects—Study on the Environment, Development and Social Development of Regions Inhabited by Ethnic Groups, Study on Sensitive and Prominent Problems in Contemporary Minority Society and Study on Chinese Contemporary Ethnic Issues.
